All products listed on our site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Prices are listed in USD and JMD where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
We do our best to display product colors and details accurately, but actual products may vary slightly due to handmade variation, screen settings, and lighting. This is normal for handmade goods and part of what makes each piece unique.
Custom orders require approval of a digital mockup before production begins. Once you approve the design and we begin production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Custom turnaround time is typically 5-10 business days from approval. Rush orders may be available — please WhatsApp us before placing your order to confirm.
We accept multiple payment methods including bank transfer, Lynk, PayPal, and cash on pickup (Kingston only).
Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed. For bank transfer orders, this typically takes 1-3 business days.
All payment information is handled securely. We do not store credit card numbers or banking details on our site.
All content on this website — including designs, logos, photos, text, and graphics — is the property of Yanxa Creations and protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission.
