We ship to all 14 parishes in Jamaica via Knutsford Express, plus international destinations including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and most of the Caribbean. For destinations not listed, please WhatsApp us before ordering for confirmation.
Free Knutsford Express dropoff on all orders over $15,000 JMD within Jamaica. Below that threshold, a flat shipping fee applies (typically $5 USD or $700 JMD), calculated based on your selected Knutsford pickup location.
Ready-made pieces from our shop typically ship within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.
Custom orders (personalized tumblers, custom tees, special-request headwraps) take 5-10 business days to make, plus shipping time. We'll keep you updated throughout the process via WhatsApp.
During peak seasons (December, Mother's Day, Father's Day), processing time may extend by 2-3 days. We always communicate ahead if your order will take longer than expected.
Within Jamaica: Once shipped via Knutsford, your order arrives at your selected pickup location within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a WhatsApp message when it's ready for pickup.
To the United States: 7-14 business days via standard international mail.
To Canada / UK: 10-21 business days, depending on customs.
Other international destinations: Quoted per order — please WhatsApp us for specific timelines.
Within Jamaica, you'll receive a Knutsford pickup notification via WhatsApp once your order is dropped off.
International orders get a tracking number when shipped. You can use this to follow your package's journey to you.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Yanxa Creations cannot predict what these charges may be — please check with your local customs office for details if this is a concern.
If your package arrives damaged, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours with photos and we'll send a replacement immediately.
If your package is lost in transit (very rare), please contact us as soon as you suspect a problem. We'll work with the courier to locate it or arrange a replacement.
