We want you to love every Yanxa piece. Here's how returns work if something isn't right.

Our Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

After 7 days, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items.

What Can Be Returned

Ready-made apparel, headwraps, and accessories (unworn, unwashed, in original condition).

Pieces that arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.

What Cannot Be Returned

Custom and personalized items are final sale. This includes any tumbler, tee, or piece with custom names, designs, or personalization. These were made specifically for you and can't be resold.

Sale items marked 'Final Sale' at the time of purchase.

Digital files (downloadable products).

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

How to Start a Return

WhatsApp us at +1 (876) 544-9882 within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

We'll respond with return shipping instructions. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method, or as store credit (your choice).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

We pack every order with care, but accidents happen. We'll always make it right.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? WhatsApp us and we'll arrange an exchange if the item is in stock. Exchange shipping costs depend on the situation — we'll discuss when you reach out.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your returned item. The actual time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

Bank transfer: 1-3 business days.

Lynk / mobile money: Usually same day.

PayPal: 1-2 business days.

If you don't see your refund after 10 business days, please contact us — we'll investigate.
