Refunds

Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale and non-refundable unless there’s an error on our part or the item is damaged upon arrival.

Returns on Non-Custom Items
Returns are accepted on non-custom items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Email us first to initiate a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if it’s damaged or incorrect. Please include photos. We’ll offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
